Look at the crease running down the side of the car, plus paint, plus the destroyed interior, there's a laundry list of damage all around. Z32's have been totalled for much less, and this one will require way too much money to get back into shpae than it is worth. But maybe my standard of a Z being in "good shape" is a lot higher than yours.
